ANAT Repeated General Meeting 07.11.2018, 4 p.m.

To the attention of ANAT Members and Partners!

Dear colleagues!

Taking into account that at the General Meeting as of 29.10.2018 there was stated lack of the required quorum, we hereby announce that on the date of 07.11.2018, 4 pm, address – ASEM, block A, 6 floor, cab. 603 the General Meeting shall be held.

Agenda remains the same:

  1. Report of the President of the General Meeting on activity of the ANAT Association;
  2. Approval of the decision on acceptance as a Member of a candidate who have dully signed the application on adhering to ANAT, paid the due entrance tax and a yearly member contribution
  3. Approval of the decision on exclusion of members who violated the provisions of the ANAT Articles of Association including p. 5.11 of the ANAT Articles of Association;
  4. Other

Attendance compulsory.

In case the Administrator of a company cannot attend the Meeting the latter shall delegate his representatives by dully signing the Declaration. The example of Declaration you can download here:

    The development of the tourist infrastructure in Moldova, the development of the incoming and outgoing tourism are one of the main objectives of the ANAT Union.

    The ANAT Union is considered to be the well-known Association in the field on the territory of Moldova, and the number of Members, Partners and Observers is increasing year after year.
