ANAT- founded since 2002. The Union of Business Entities ” National Association of Travel Companies of Moldova” is constituted by the free manifestation of the associated legal entities.

  • You will be part of the most well-established Tourism Association in Moldova! Alongside you will have a professional community, the board members and the leaders in the field! You will establish and maintain contacts with colleagues from the ANAT Association.
  • You will participate and support a platform for communication, interaction and cooperation between the legal entities from Moldova involved in the tourism activity.
  • You will be permanently informed about the main events of the tourism industry in Moldova and abroad. You will be able to initiate, promote and participate in partnerships between governmental organizations, the private sector and non-governmental organizations.
  • You will participate in the ANAT working groups, present proposals for improvement of the legislative items, participate in different projects and events, thus ensuring the development of the tourism industry in Moldova.
  • ANAT protects its Members, Partners and Observers, lobbies the Association's interests to promote and develop the tourism industry in the country together with you!

Who can be part of our team?

  • You are a registered legal person
  • The activities of your company are related to tourist activity or tangent to tourism (travel companies, airlines, transport companies, tourist offices, accommodation structures (hotels, motels, hostels, apartments etc.), restaurants etc.
  • Your company's reputation is impeccable
  • Accept and conform to the ANAT status
  • Participate actively in the life of the Association
  • You have paid the tax and membership fee on the Association account
  • YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT...

    ANAT represents, supports and protects the interests of its members in interactions with government authorities, local, national, international and private companies and mass media.

    ANAT members receive good recognition, business reputation, popularity and are advised on best practices in tourist business operation and promotion.

    ANAT members:
    • receive consulting services regarding their business operations, tourist product market placement and creation of advertising materials;
    • take part in seminars and work groups hold by Association;
    • receive preferences from local and international financial projects run by Association;
    • could freely participate in exhibitions and fair sites hold by Association;
    • receive regular updates regarding tourist events, local and national fair sites, legislation changes, etc.

    Any legal entity that provides tourist services or services associated with tourism, which has familiarized itself with the Association Charter and agreed to its terms, and, therefore, by its actions is willing to fully support the attainment of Association goals, could become ANAT participant, either as a Member, Partner or Observer.

    Those, willing to support the promotion of Moldova Republic as a popular tourist destination while creating opportunities for their own businesses, are welcome to join ANAT.

    ANAT has three participation formats: Member, Partner and Observer.

      Who could become ANAT Member? The entrance and membership fee?

      Any legal entity providing tourist services or services associated with tourism that abides by Association Charter, could submit a membership application to ANAT Chairman, pay an entrance fee of 1,000 MDL and yearly membership fee of 5,000 MDL, and upon being approved on the ANAT General Assembly, could become ANAT member.

      What are the rights of ANAT Members?

      ANAT Members have the following rights:
      • vote for any topic at the ANAT General Assembly according to the ANAT Charter;
      • participate in ANAT activities;
      • company managing director could elect and being elected for any managing ANAT position or become an official ANAT representative.
      • take part in ANAT projects;
      • publish ANAT membership;
      • revoke ANAT membership.

      What are the responsibilities of ANAT Members?

      ANAT Members have the following responsibilities:
      • abide ANAT Charter;
      • execute the decisions of the Chairman or General Assembly;
      • participate financially in ANAT projects and programs as ruled by the Chairman and/or General Assembly;
      • actively participate in the attainment of ANAT Charter goals;
      • promote ANAT and its members interests;
      • publish information on ANAT membership in their publications, web-pages, Facebook and other social networks pages, in advertising materials and marketing events.
      • pay membership fee.

      Who could become ANAT Partner? The entrance and partnership fee?

      Any legal entity providing tourist services or services associated with tourism that abides by Association Charter, could submit a participation application to ANAT Chairman, pay an entrance fee of 500 MDL and yearly partner fee of 2,500 MDL, within 10 days after application submission, could receive partner status. The decision of acceptance is made by the Chairman.

      What are the rights of ANAT Partners?

      ANAT Partners have the following rights:
      • attend ANAT General Assembly;
      • could speak out on the General Assembly agenda by the Chairman permission;
      • could take part in ANAT projects and programs in a partner role;
      • could participate financially in ANAT projects;
      • publish their participation as ANAT partner in projects they have co-financed.
      • company administrators could be appointed to the various positions within ANAT;
      • could become ANAT member according to the procedure stated in the Charter.

      What are the responsibilities of ANAT Partners?

      ANAT Partners have the following responsibilities:
      • participate in the ANAT activities in a Partner role;
      • abide ANAT Charter and applicable laws;
      • do not harm ANAT in any way;
      • carry out assignments of the Chairman in the interests of ANAT;
      • pay partner fees in accordance with the Charter;
      • publish information on ANAT partnership in their publications, web-pages, Facebook and other social networks pages.

      Who can become an ANAT Observer? The entrance and observer fee?

      Any legal entity providing tourist services or services associated with tourism that abides by Association Charter, could submit a participation application to ANAT Chairman, pay an entrance fee of 250 MDL and yearly observer fee of 1,250 MDL, within 10 days after application submission, could receive observer status. The decision of acceptance is made by the Chairman.

      What are the rights of ANAT Observers?

      ANAT Observers have the following rights:
      • attend ANAT General Assembly as Observer by the Chairman permission;
      • could take part in ANAT projects and programs in observer role;
      • could participate financially in ANAT projects;
      • publish their participation in observer role in projects they have co-financed;
      • could become ANAT Member or Partner according to the procedure stated in the Charter.

      What are the responsibilities of ANAT Observers?

      ANAT Observers have the following responsibilities:
      • participate in ANAT activities in observer role;
      • abide ANAT Charter and applicable laws;
      • do not harm ANAT in any way;
      • execute the decisions of the Chairman in the interests of ANAT;
      • pay respective Observer membership fees;
      • pay Observer fees as per the Charter;
      • publish information on ANAT membership in observer role in their publications, web-pages, Facebook and other social networks pages, in advertising materials and marketing events.

      We are a Union founded in 2002, non-profit, non-governmental, which brings together legal entities from the tourism field.

      During its activity, the ANAT Union, supports the development of the tourism industry in R. Moldova! We have a successful history thanks to our Members, Partners, Observers, with whom we work together to improve the sector!

      One of the main point of ANAT Union is to strengthen the travel companies on an open platform, and to support the interests of its Members, Partners and Observers. 

      The ANAT Union actively participates in the optimization of the legislative framework, in the building of an efficient legislative structure aimed at boosting the business environment in the sector.

      The development of the tourist infrastructure in Moldova, the development of the incoming and outgoing tourism are one of the main objectives of the ANAT Union.

      The ANAT Union is considered to be the well-known Association in the field on the territory of Moldova, and the number of Members, Partners and Observers is increasing year after year.
