ANAT was founded since 2002. The Union of Business Entities “National Association of Tourism Legal Agents of Moldova” is constituted basing on free expression of will of the associated legal entities.

- You are a registered legal entity.
- Your company activates in the field of tourism directly or has a tourism related activity (travel companies, airlines, transportation companies, tourist information centers, accommodation structures (hotels, motels, hostels, apartments etc.), restaurants etc.
- Your company’s reputation is impeccable.
- You should actively participate in our business live.
- You have paid the stated ANAT entrance and membership fee.
YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT…
ANAT represents, supports and protects the interests of its members in relation with government, local, national, international authorities, private companies and mass media.
ANAT members acquire their brand awareness, a standable business reputation and recognition and are advised on best practices in tourist business operation and promotion.
ANAT members:
• enjoy our consulting services regarding tourism business operations, market placement of tourism products and creation of advertising materials;
• take part in seminars and working groups held by the Association;

Any legal entity providing tourism services or services associated with tourism, which has got familiarized with ANAT Articles of Association, accepted its terms and conditions and, therefore, by its actions is willing to entirely support all the stated goals of the Association, can become an ANAT participant acquiring the status of a Member, Partner or Observer.
All legal entities willing to support the promotion of the Republic of Moldova as a popular tourist destination while creating opportunities for their own businesses are welcomed to join ANAT.

- Who can be an ANAT Member? Entrance and membership fees.Any legal entity providing tourism services or services associated with tourism who agreed to comply with ANAT Articles of Association can submit a membership application to the ANAT President, pay an entrance fee of 1. 000 MDL and an yearly membership fee of 5 000 MDL can become ANAT member after being approved at the ANAT General Members’ Meeting.
- What are the rights of an ANAT Member? ANAT Members shall have the following rights:
• to vote any topic at the ANAT General Members’ Meeting according to the ANAT Articles of Association;
• to participate in ANAT activities;
• managing director of ANAT member can vote the election or be elected to any managing ANAT position or become an official ANAT representative.
• to take part in ANAT projects;
• to make public its ANAT membership;
• to revoke ANAT membership.
- What are the obligations of an ANAT Member? ANAT Members shall have the following obligations:
• to comply with the ANAT Articles of Association;
• to execute the decisions of the President or that taken at the General Members’ Meeting;
• to participate financially in ANAT projects and programs as it was decided by the President and/or at the General Members’ Meeting;
• to actively participate in the achievement of goals stated in the ANAT Articles of Association;
• to promote the interests of ANAT and that of its members;
• to publish information on ANAT membership in their publications, web-resources, Facebook and any other social networks, and in advertising materials and marketing events.

- Who can be an ANAT Partner? Entrance and membership fees.Any legal entity providing tourism services or services associated with tourism who agreed to comply with ANAT Articles of Association can submit a membership application to the ANAT President, pay an entrance fee of 500 MDL and yearly partner’s fee of 2,500 MDL, within 10 days after application submission, can receive a partner status. The decision on partnership shall be made by the President..
- What are the rights of an ANAT Partner?ANAT Partners shall have the following rights:
• to attend ANAT General Members’ Meeting;
• to speak out on the General Members’ Meeting agenda upon the Presiden’t permission;
• to take part in ANAT projects and programs as a partner;
• to participate financially in ANAT projects;
• to make public their participation as an ANAT partner in projects they have co-financed.

• to become an ANAT member according to the procedure stated in the Articles of Association..
- What are the obligations of an ANAT Partner?ANAT Partners shall have the following obligations:
• to participate in the ANAT activities as a Partner;
• to comply with the ANAT Articles of Association and the applicable legislation;
• do not inflict any damages to ANAT in any way;
• to carry out assignments stated by the President in the interests of ANAT;
• to pay partner fees in compliance with the Articles of Association;
• to publish information on ANAT partnership in their publications, web-resources, Facebook and any other social networks.
- Who can become an ANAT Observer? Entrance and membership fees.Any legal entity providing tourist services or services associated with tourism who agreed to comply with ANAT Articles of Association can submit a membership application to the ANAT President, pay an entrance fee of 250 MDL and yearly observer fee of 1. 250 MDL, within 10 days after application submission, could receive observer status. The decision of acceptance is made by the Chairman.
- What are the rights of an ANAT Observers?ANAT Observers shall have the following rights:
• to attend ANAT General Members’ Meeting as Observer upon the President’s permission;
• to take part in ANAT projects and programs as an observer;
• to participate financially in ANAT projects;
• to make public their participation as observers in projects they have co-financed;
• to become an ANAT Member or Partner according to the procedure stated in the Articles of Association.
- What are the obligations of an ANAT Observer?ANAT Observers shall have the following responsibilities:
• to participate in ANAT activities as observers;
• to comply with the ANAT Articles of Association.and applicable laws;
• do not inflict any damages to ANAT in any way;
• to execute the decisions of the Presidents in the interests of ANAT;
• to pay Observer membership fees;
• to pay Observer fees as stated in the ANAT Articles of Association;
• to publish information on being ANAT observers in their publications, web-resources, Facebook and other social networks, in advertising materials and marketing events.
