Moldovan-Russian Economic Forum 2018

This year with the support of the non-governmental organizations “Delovaia Rossia” and “Opora Rossii” and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry the Moldovan-Russian Economic Forum was organized in Chisinau. The event was attended by about 200 businessmen from Russia and more than 350 from the Republic of Moldova. During the event a number of cooperation agreements were signed between Russian and Moldovan entrepreneurs. The Forum shall take place every year and, in the opinion of the organizers, will help attract Russian investments in the country in the amount of about one billion dollars annually.

The discussions during the event took place in 7 panels – Moldova between East and West; Opportunities and interests of cooperation; Strategic initiatives in Russia – experience for Moldova; Industry, special economic zones; Winemaking; Comfortable urban environment and the panel Developing tourism.

The ANAT Association was also present at this important event, Mrs. Anna Colta, president of the Association, being one of the speakers of the Tourism Development panel. This panel was quite informative and we hope that this event shall create a positive vector towards an effective bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism development.

The ANAT Association thanks all the organizers of this event, and in particular, the moderator of the Tourism Development Panel Mrs. Olga Vataman, development director of OOO «Активные люди», Alexei Coniuscov, Deputy Director of the Tourism Agency of the Russian Federation, Ms Elena Krivenkova, President of the General Council “Delovaya Rossia” for the idea of industrial tourism development, Mrs. Margarita Polonik, Head of the Russian Cultural and Gastronomic Tourism Association for an exhaustive presentation of gastronomic tourism, our colleagues and guests from Russia. We are also grateful for the opportunity to participate in such an important event and to share our successes and future projects in the field of tourism development within a friendly union Moldova-Russia.     The development of the tourist infrastructure in Moldova, the development of the incoming and outgoing tourism are one of the main objectives of the ANAT Union.

    The ANAT Union is considered to be the well-known Association in the field on the territory of Moldova, and the number of Members, Partners and Observers is increasing year after year.
